ERGO Formalized the Membership base and discussed its New Strategy

Almost 20 organizations with a common perspective on Roma grassroots empowerment, equal citizenship, and overcoming discrimination in particular anti-Gypsyism as a root obstacle for equal participation in society, expressed their commitment towards the ERGO Network by signing the Membership Letter for 2016.
The 50 old and new members of ERGO Network met and discussed various issues concerning the strategic development of ERGO. They contributed and were involved in designing the new Strategy.

ERGO Network offers its members an effective platform for information provision and exchange on relevant political and policy developments. Moreover, the members joined a platform where communication and share of good practices between the members, experts, policy makers, scientist and other stakeholders is already created.

Furthermore, ERGO Network facilitate capacity building of independent ‘watch dog’ organizations, networks and groups focused to strengthen the impact of their actions within common programmes and initiatives targeted at achieving better out policy outcomes; Our main mission is advocating at European level for effective inclusion policies and recognition of equal citizenship for Roma by governments, EU institutions, international organizations and the private sector.
