Annual report 2010
It’s a honour to present you our Annual Report of 2010! The publication is two sided: a report of the achievements of the ERGO network and its members and of Spolu IF and its partners. To enhance our impact and organisational strength, ERGO Network joined forces with Spolu, by merging into the ‘new’ ERGO Network. We are well equipped and a dynamic European player to face a changing policy environment and to effectively work with its members, stakeholders and sponsors.
In the past year, ERGO Network has launched its ‘REACT – Make Europe an equal place for Roma’ campaign (www.roma-react.eu). With support of the European Commission and in cooperation with ERGO members in Albania, Bulgaria and Romania, is realising this ambitious public awareness campaign.
As part chair of the European Roma Policy Coalition, we successfully advocated for a European Roma Framework, that has been adopted by the European Commission in 2011.
The Spolu part is about the achievements of our ‘Strengthening the Roma Voice Programme 2006-2010’. This programme, that intensively invested in the capacity of Roma organisations, grassroots networks and Roma communities to achieve their citizenship rights, has ended.
